Measurements are based on contemporary sizing – which means they lean toward the slimmer side – unless of course the style itself is bubbled or boxy.

Order confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order and the total amount to be charged. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: all major credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Sales tax:

The Federal Government requires that we collect sales tax for items shipped to a state where UNA LLC maintains a physical presence, which happens to be Seattle, Washington: the current rate is 8.9%.

Shipping Information

Items are shipped via UPS Best Method, and will typically be sent 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order. Estimated transit time is 3-4 days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping charges for standard delivery is $5.95.
For orders exceeding $150.00, we offer free standard delivery.
Express shipping charges:
For an additional $15.00 we offer overnight delivery, but you must call 866.783.8008 before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Thursday. Orders shipped overnight will arrive by 3:00 pm the day after shipment.

Post Office boxes:

Orders sent to PO boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail.
Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t meet your expectations. In the event you wish to return an item, please kindly note our policies:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided that the items have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags and special packaging attached and in new condition.

  • Returned or exchanged merchandise received between 31-60 days from shipment date will qualify solely for a store credit.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt/packing slip to expedite your request.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 60 days from shipment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Upon receipt of your package, we'll send a confirmation to your email address (if you have shared your email with us).
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Orders submitted without the original tags and receipt/packing slip will not be accepted. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee if the requirements above are not fully satisfied.
